Premier provides support by providing the following key services during the technical or engineering project:
Continuous Project Services
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate meetings and conference calls
- Document meeting notes, status notes and follow up action lists
- Serve as Point of Contact/Coordinator for plan, issues, scope changes and status
- Serve as Point of Contact/Coordinator for meeting material collection before event and for distribution, attendee communication after the event
- Develop material to organize, streamline, improve and communicate systems or processes and their updates
- Help desk services during life of project and initiative
Idea Phase Services
- Gather, analyze and document requirements
- Create idea definition documentation including project charters
- Develop project plans
- Assist in identifying and managing vendors
- Identify and manage consultants needed for augmenting staff
Define Phase Services
- Develop and document procedures, test plans, and qualification documents
- Analyze, document and coordinate processes
- Coordinate discussions and documentation of design
- Lead failure mode analysis review meetings
Develop Phase Services
- Monitor idea development and testing status and help resolve issues
- Develop technical training materials
- Deliver technical training
Implementation Phase Services
- Complete data conversions or data preparation
- Identify and facilitate problem resolutions
- Create schedules for cutover to production or formal use
Review Phase Services
- Assess results to ensure meets needs
- Set up user groups and schedule meetings/reviews for continuous improvement
- Lead and document post-implementation surveys
